Hi! For my random act of kindness, my friend and I went to the park last night. We left little goodie bags for kids to find. Maybe you could go to the park and receive a random act of kindness.
For my 8th random act of kindness, I made 8 paper hearts and wrote
“It’s Random Act of Kindness Week! Have a great day!”
Then, I slipped each paper under a car’s windshield wipers.
I would like to share with you my point of view on the Connecticut shooting that happened on Friday when 20 kids and 6 adults died at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
I honestly think that it was truly sad. I’m sure the parents of those who have died are heartbroken so I hope they feel better soon.
For my random act of kindness #7, I would like to say a prayer for those who have died on Friday.
Please bless the souls of the little kids Charlotte Bacon, Daniel Barden, Olivia Engel, Josephine Gay, Ana Marquez-Greene, Dylan Hockley, Madeleine F. Hsu, Catherine Hubbard, Chase Kowalski, Jesse Lewis, James Mattioli, Grace McDonnell, Emilie Parker, Jack Pinto, Noah Pozner, Caroline Previdi, Jessica Rekos, Avielle Richman, Benjamin Wheeler, and Allison Wyatt. Also bless the adults who sacrificed their lives for the kids. Rachel Marie D’Avino, Dawn Hochsprung, Anne Marie Murphy, Lauren Rousseau, Mary Sherlach, and Vicki Leigh Soto.
I also pray for their parents, heal their broken heart.
Please keep the world away from danger and keep all children safe.
I love Halloween!
First of all, it’s fun to see everyone (including me) get all dressed up in costumes.
Second of all, the………CANDY!
Lastly, I enjoy going door to door and having people give me some treats.
This year, I got to go with my best friend, Brianna. We saw spooky decorations and scary costumes. When we were done, I had a bag full of candy. I had about 80 pieces of candy and chocolates. Now that’s what I call a great halloween.
Here’s some costumes I wore over the years.
Trick or treat! (Don’t forget to bring me some candy.)
I would like to show you my favorite shoes. I love my TOMS shoes because they are very comfortable and I can wear them with anything. My family and I support TOMS because of their “One for One” campaign. Every time you buy a pair, TOMS gives a pair to a child in need. It’s a good way to help other kids. I really feel bad for those kids who don’t have shoes.
Please support TOMS.
“So I’m moving on, letting go…” That’s a line from the song I sang at the Talent Show yesterday. It’s a song by Miley Cyrus called “Wherever I Go”. I picked that song because I’m moving on to fourth grade in a different school and the song talks about moving somewhere. I was really nervous to be singing on the stage but it was fun at the same time.
Before the talent show, my family and I got to see my research project for Gifted and Talented program. My research was about the Bermuda Triangle. My favorite part was actually doing the poster board.
Then, before we left we visited the art gallery to see two of my art works displayed as art exhibits.
