What You Need:

-Fabric or Nylon collar

-Craft or Fabric Paint

-Non-toxic glue

-Rhinestones, beads, bows, or ribbons

What You Do:

1.Decorate a fabric or nylon collar with craft or fabric paint. Add rhinestones or beads.

2.Secure them to the collar with non-toxic glue (like craft glue)

3. Tie bows or ribbons to the collar (if you want to)
